We understand that you need to be up and running 24/7, so at Continuum, we're up and running 24/7. Our technical support staff is fully trained and experienced in data center colocation and available to help via our on-site Remote Hands service.

Continuum's Remote Hands support technicians are on-site to assist with tasks such as rebooting a server, racking equipment, hardware swaps, installing operating systems and running cable to equipment.

Our support staff can act as your virtual IT team, Continuum's professional staff will push a button, observe and report on hardware and OS status, insert or swap out CD/DVD's, and replace or reseat hardware.

Let Continuum help coordinate your move-in without you having to be physically at the data center. Save the time and expense of travelling to the data center to install and set up your IT equipment. Continuum's staff will unpack, assemble, and rack your equipment to your exact specifications and cabling industry best practices.
